Restricted shipping to EU countries

As at 12 August 2026

From 12 August 2026, the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) – Regulation (EU) 2025/40 – will come into force, setting out new, binding requirements for packaging and packaging waste. This results in additional obligations for shipments to EU countries, which we must carefully review and implement in stages.

During this transition period, shipments to EU countries are temporarily unavailable.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway are not affected and will continue as usual.

For all other countries, we are currently analysing which solutions can be implemented in a practical and cost-effective manner. As soon as we have identified suitable options, we will resume shipping to the respective countries as soon as possible.

Delivery charges and delivery times

Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on the weight of the parcel and are clearly displayed before you complete your order. You can find a current estimate of processing times in your basket and when selecting your preferred delivery method. Please note that the stated processing time does not include the delivery time taken by the courier service.

Digital items
(such as licence codes) are sent by email free of charge.
